Kara Alterio

Kara Shanahan Alterio, PT
Kara received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy at Northeastern University in Boston at the Bouve College of Health Sciences in 1995. She completed her internships and training at Beth Israel Hospital in the outpatient Orthopedic department, Brigham and Women's Hospital working on Total Joint Replacement Research and Milton Hospital rotating in the outpatient, inpatient and transitional care. Kara prefers a more hands on approach incorporating massage, myofascial release and joint mobilization techniques. Kara works in the Abington and Brockton office treating Neurological and Orthopedic conditions.

Keri Walsh

Keri Walsh, MSPT Keri graduated with her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Springfield College in 1998. Since then, Keri has worked in three outpatient clinics and has experience treating patients with a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses. Keri has manual skills to treat the cervical spine and various vestibular disorders such as balance disturbance, vertigo and vestibular neuritis. Keri started treating patients in our Brockton office and is now currently at our Abington office.

Kathleen Daggett

Kathleen Daggett, PT

Kathleen graduated from Boston University with a Master’s of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.  She joined Bay State Physical Therapy in 2006, and is currently the Clinic Manager of the Abington office.  Kathleen believes that using a combination of manual techniques, functional exercises and extensive patient education is the best way to ensure the best possible outcome for her patients and strives to make the physical therapy experience a fun and positive one.
