Lena Olsson-Noonan

Lena Olsson-Noonan, PT
Lena has been a physical therapist for 43 years practicing in Sweden and in the Greater Boston Area. She has been a director, teacher and staff therapist in orthopedic rehabilitation and has extensive knowledge in the treatment of fibromyalgia and other soft tissue syndromes.  She employs hands on techniques consisting of mobilizations and releases of fascia and muscle.

Robbie Melino

Robert Melino, MSPT
Robert graduated from Northeastern University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. He joined the Baystate team in 2006 and is now the clinical manager in our Arlington location. Rob utilizes a combination of manual therapy techniques, exercises and thorough patient education to restore patient’s optimal level of function.

James Marcotte MSPT, OMT

James Marcotte, MSPT, OMT
Jim brings over 15 years of experience in treating orthopedic, sport and work related injuries. He is a graduate of Boston University and a two year residency in orthopedic manual therapy from The Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Jim's passion lies in the areas of spine and post-operative shoulder rehabilitation. He believes that active patient participation, sound biomechanical principles, and thorough patient education are the keys to successful functional outcomes. In addition, Jim has extensive experience in rehabilitation of the injured worker as a Functional Capacity Evaluator and Work Conditioning program developer.

Monica M. Kaczor, MSPT

Monica M. Sheridan, MSPT
Monica graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Science and a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. During her clinical internships, she gained experience working in a facility for Traumatic Brain Injury in California, a Total Joint Replacement Center in Northampton, MA, and two orthopedic clinics in the Boston area. She enjoys working in the outpatient orthopedic setting where she can incorporate her interests in athletics, life sports, and strength and conditioning.

Vladimir Shursky, PT, DPT

Vladimir graduated from Simmons College, Boston, MA with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy with concentration in manual therapy.  Vladimir takes a holistic approach to his patients’ rehabilitation, incorporating manual therapy techniques such as manipulation and mobilizations with movement, Medical Exercise Therapy, as well as functional activities to aid his patients in returning to their life's activities.
