 Cheryl Boudreau, MSPT

Cheryl Boudreau, MSPT, OMT                                                                                                    Cheryl is the managing partner at the Danvers clinic.  She specializes in orthopedic injuries, post surgical shoulder and knee rehabilitation and spinal related dysfunctions.  Cheryl graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2003.  She later completed a two year post graduate residency program in Norwegian manual therapy from the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.  As a former national level competitive swimmer, she is dedicated to helping injured athletes restore optimal function and performance.  Cheryl utilizes a hands-on approach to treatment that incorporates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and functional training.  She places a strong emphasis on patient education in effort to help people gain a comprehensive understanding of their injury, promote the healing process, and avoid recurrence of symptoms in the future.  She is an enthusiastic, highly skilled manual therapist with over 7 years of experience.  She is committed to helping patient’s accomplish their personal goals and meeting their highest level of pain free function.

James Marcotte MSPT, OMT

James Marcotte, MSPT, OMT
Jim brings over 15 years of experience in treating orthopedic, sport and work related injuries. He is a graduate of Boston University and a two year residency in orthopedic manual therapy from The Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Jim's passion lies in the areas of spine and post-operative shoulder rehabilitation. He believes that active patient participation, sound biomechanical principles, and thorough patient education are the keys to successful functional outcomes. In addition, Jim has extensive experience in rehabilitation of the injured worker as a Functional Capacity Evaluator and Work Conditioning program developer.

Joanna Kagan, DPT                                                                                  

Joanna graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with her doctorate in Physical Therapy.  She specializes in rehabilitation of sports related injuries, hip dysfunctions and lumbar and cervical spine injuries.  Joanna has a background in competitive gymnastics that lead her to a 4 year career as an aerial contortionist in Cirque du Soleil.  Additionally, Joanna spent 23 years studying dance and was a professional latin ballroom dancer until 2008.  She has a multifaceted understanding of complex dance, yoga, and gymnastic injuries and utilizes her background to return her patients to their previous level of function with an enhanced understanding of mechanics.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine, and the American College of Sports Medicine.
