Brockton
Kara has been practicing in outpatient physical therapy for 15 years. She has extensive experience in treating conditions of the foot and ankle, neck and back injuries, post surgical shoulder, hip and knees. She has a special interest in patient advocacy and unique surgical cases. Kara has written and presented papers on Pharmacology, Radiology and its relationship to the physical therapy patient.
Kara sees patients in our Brockton clinic Monday, Wednesday and Friday and is the director and managing partner of Abington, Brockton and Whitman.
Kara is married and has three children that are all very active in swimming, soccer and piano. Kara is a member of the Brockton Rotary club and her family is involved in community projects and charitable events through the Brockton area.
Sean has advanced post professional training in Kaltenborn-Evenjth concept with advanced hands-on techniques for soft tissue treatment, joint mobilization and assessment. He enjoys working especially with TMJ, neck, back, shoulder and knee patients. He enjoys working with complex patient’s who are committed to getting better. He is a current member in the APTA with membership in the orthopedic, and sports sections.
In his off time Sean enjoys hiking, cycling and gardening.

Amy graduated from University of Hartford in 2011. Amy is interested in postsurgical rehabilitation, sports medicine, as well as pediatric orthopedics. Amy’s favorite activities are hiking outdoors and zumba.

Leah has been a practicing PTA for over 11 years specializing in outpatient orthopedic care. She graduated from Sanford Brown College in 1999 and has a BS in Recreation/ Fitness and Exercise Science minor fromSoutheastMissouriStateUniversity.
Leah has taken many continuing education courses focusing on treatment of the shoulder, knee, hip, ankle/foot, and spine. She enjoys incorporating both manual techniques and therapeutic exercise in her treatments.
Leah is also a Certified Ergonomic Analysis Specialist, restoring and promoting postural awareness and proper body mechanics.
Physical fitness and sports have always played a major role in Leah’s life and she enjoys helping her patients reach their physical goals, whether they for recovering from surgery, returning to athletic competition, or participating in everyday life to the fullest.
Felicia is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist. She has been practicing massage therapy for 7 years and has been in the physical therapy field for 7 years. Felicia graduated from Massachusetts Bay Community College in May of 2010 as a Physical Therapist Assistant and from The Muscular Therapy Institute in 2004. Felicia enjoys working with all populations with special interest in athletic injuries, pediatrics, neurological diseases with a special focus using a hands on approach.

Cindy is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute-Muscular Therapy Institute, located in Watertown, MA. The 900-hour intensive professional training in Muscular Therapy included extensive hands-on practice in the classroom as well as the on-site student therapy center. Upon graduation, Cindy continued her studies, focusing on oncology massage. She holds intensive and advanced training certificates in caring for clients with cancer.
Cindy is licensed to practice massage in theCommonwealth of Massachusetts. In addition, she is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Cindy combines muscular therapy techniques with client self-care education to ensure the highest quality of health maintenance and pain relief according to the goals and needs of her clients. Clients living with cancer or cancer history are encouraged to contact Cindy; she will work with you and your oncology care team to develop a course of massage therapy that supports your recovery efforts.
In 2008, Cindy fulfilled a long-term goal by joining the per diem massage therapy staff at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Leonard P. Zakim Center for Integrative Therapies. In addition, she volunteers at, or participates in, fundraisers, health fairs, workshops and conferences held by organizations focused on oncology care and research.
Cindy sees clients in our Brockton clinic Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
